Ensure is a 1.0kcal/ml, nutritionally complete and balanced powdered milkshake style oral nutritional supplement for people with, or at risk of developing, disease-related malnutrition. Ensure powder provides calories, protein & carbohydrates to help you gain or maintain a healthy weight.

Directions:

To prepare a 230ml serving, put 195ml of cold water into a glass. Gradually add 6 level scoops (enclosed) or 53.8g of Ensure Powder whilst stirring and mix until dissolved. A 850g can of powder yields approximately 16 x 230ml servings.
